Yes — Danube's own project page lists Elitz 2 as sold out (checked 3 October 2026). That applies to developer stock only. Owners resell units regularly, and DLD open data shows transactions through September 2026, so we can still source studios to three-beds at negotiated resale prices.

The project sold on Danube's 1% monthly structure — roughly a seven-year schedule including a three-year post-handover period. That plan belonged to the developer launch and ended with the sell-out. On a resale you agree terms with the seller, usually full settlement or a mortgage, plus the 4% DLD transfer fee.

801 apartments across two towers: studios of roughly 385–418 sq ft, one-beds around 749–784 sq ft, two-beds about 1,065–1,245 sq ft, and a small number of three-beds near 1,495 sq ft. Several layouts include a private plunge pool on the balcony or a study. Portal listings and DLD transaction records back these ranges.

Published timelines conflict — the developer's page and property portals currently state different completion dates, so we do not quote one here. Construction began in November 2023. Ask us for the latest site status and the completion date written into your specific seller's sale agreement.

Yes. Jumeirah Village Circle is a designated freehold zone, so Indian citizens can own Elitz 2 apartments outright, with the title deed in their name and no UAE residency required. A valid passport is the core document. We manage the Dubai-side process — offer, NOC, transfer — while you remain in India.

Most Indian buyers use the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, which permits up to USD 250,000 per person per financial year through an authorised dealer bank; TCS can apply on larger remittances. Each family member has a separate limit. Rules and rates change, so confirm the specifics with your bank and a chartered accountant before you commit.

Not automatically. Buyers who meet the UAE's property-value thresholds may be eligible for UAE residency subject to government criteria. Many Elitz 2 studios and one-beds trade below AED 2 million, so check your unit's registered value and the current rules before planning a purchase around residency.
