A small, registered, Indore-grown property consultancy with one rule: we only list what we've verified, and we only say what we can show you the source for.
We work two markets that belong together. In Indore, we're an MP RERA-registered agent covering the city's growth corridors — Nipania, MR-11, the Ujjain Road belt, Ring Road — with every project's RERA number published on its page. In Dubai, we're a registered channel partner of Danube Properties, which means developer price lists, developer paperwork, and payments that only ever go to the developer's DLD escrow — never to us.
Developers pay our fee out of their marketing budgets. You pay us nothing, ever. That is the whole business model, and it's why our only real asset is whether you'd refer us to a friend afterwards.
The promises we hold ourselves to
- Dated prices. Every price carries the month it was seen and where. Developers revise; we re-stamp.
- Sold-out means sold-out. We mark it, and we show you what's genuinely available instead.
- No invented urgency. No countdown timers, no "2 units left" we can't substantiate.
- Verification before persuasion. RERA/DLD numbers sit next to every claim, with instructions to check them without us.
- Your pace. One conversation on WhatsApp. Reply STOP and we stop.
