All Dubai properties shown are offered by the respective developers and are subject to the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, including registration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA Dubai. All bookings, sale agreements, and payments are executed directly with the developer or through a DLD-licensed brokerage in Dubai; we do not collect any booking amount, token, or payment of any kind. Buyers should pay only into the developer's DLD-registered escrow account for the relevant project. Prices are quoted in AED (indicative INR conversions use an approximate exchange rate of ₹24.6/AED as of 2026-10 and will vary); prices, payment plans, completion dates, and availability are set by the developer and may change without notice. Payment plans (e.g. "1% per month") are the developer's published offerings and are subject to the developer's terms.
