2. What we collect
What: your name, phone number, email (if given), city, and the property or budget preferences you share with us.
Why: to respond to your enquiry, share project details, prices and offers, book site visits or video calls, and send you updates about this and similar projects.
What depends on it: without your contact details we cannot respond to your enquiry.
We also collect usage data (pages viewed, device type) via analytics cookies, subject to your consent choices — see the Cookie Policy.
3. Who we share it with
The developer of the specific project you enquired about (for Dubai projects this means sharing with the developer in the UAE); our service providers (CRM, telephony, WhatsApp business messaging, email and hosting — including Cloudflare, whose servers may be outside India); and Google/Meta strictly for advertising measurement where you have consented. We do not sell your data.
4. Your consent and how to withdraw it
We process your enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form or messaging us. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: write to privacy@amberstone.in, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. Withdrawal stops future processing; it does not affect what was lawfully done before.
5. Retention
Lead data retained up to 3 years from last activity, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and nominate a person to exercise your rights. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we respond within the timelines prescribed under the Act. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
