Yes. The developer's page lists Sportz as sold out as of 3 October 2026 — all 1,110 apartments across both towers are taken. New buyers can only enter through a resale from an existing owner, registered with the Dubai Land Department, or look at Danube's Aspirz nearby, which still has developer stock.

Through resale, yes. DLD open data records 50 sale transfers in the project, and around 77 resale listings were live on the open market in early October 2026. Recent registered prices: studios AED 620K–870K, one-beds AED 1.16M–1.27M, two-beds AED 900K–1.88M. We shortlist genuine owner exits, verify the title and the seller's instalment position, then manage the transfer.

Plan around Q2 2027 — the developer's page states May 2027. Earlier portal material quoted Q1 2026, so the public dates have moved; anchor on the developer's current estimate and write the handover date into any resale agreement you sign. Construction has been running since June 2024.

Developer sales ran on Danube's signature 1% monthly plan from the November 2023 launch until sell-out, so that plan is closed. On a resale you settle the seller's equity as agreed, take over any instalments still owed to Danube, and pay the 4% DLD transfer fee plus trustee and developer NOC charges.

Studios of 389–398 sq ft; one-beds of 639–723 sq ft including the Deluxe (private jacuzzi and office) and the 722 sq ft Presidential Suite (private pool and office, convertible to 2BHK); two-bed Prestige and Platinum units of 840–1,088 sq ft with pools; and 1,208–1,212 sq ft three-beds with a pool and maid's room. All units sold fully furnished.

Yes. Dubai Sports City is a freehold zone, so buyers of any nationality take full ownership with a DLD-issued title deed. Indians are consistently among Dubai's largest buyer groups, and a Sportz resale follows the standard transfer process — no local sponsor or UAE residency is required to own.

Most individuals remit through their bank under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, currently USD 250,000 per person per financial year; family members can combine limits. TCS (tax collected at source) can apply above thresholds, so have a chartered accountant structure the remittance before you wire anything — we do not give tax advice.

Only if the DLD-recorded value meets the government threshold — AED 2 million for the 10-year visa — and many Sportz resales trade below that line. A buyer may be eligible for UAE residency subject to government criteria; confirm the current rules for your case with the DLD or ICP before building them into your plan.
